Self Check-In

Once you've acquired the door code, let yourself inside and start making yourself at home!

Things to Know Before Booking

Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM (Self check-in with lockbox). All bookings are 2-night minimum with no Saturday check-in or check-outs.
A damage deposit of a $500 hold will be put on card. It will be refunded within 7 days if nothing is damaged.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your arrival will receive your full refund (minus a small service fee). If you cancel the day-of, you will receive a full refund minus the first night's stay + a small service fee.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the cottages.
Quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM will be enforced due to the houses are in a residential area and we want to be respectful of neighbors.
No house parties allowed.
Please take all trash out of house and put in designated trash bin.
Please take linens off of beds that are used so housekeeping knows which beds are dirty.
Place all dirty towels in laundry room and if you feel inclined, you can start a load with towels only.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
